I was surfing youtube when I found this MTV by Savage Garden. This is one of my favourite songs that I have not really heard for a while. The lyrics are easily applicable, especially to people of my current stage of life; from teens to young adults. So often we can't or don't know how to find help and relief when things go wrong in life. Upon reflecting on the lyrics, I feel like God is singing this, saying that he wants to be the one we call, that if we jump He'll break our fall and lift us up and fly away with us into the night. If we need to fall apart, he can mend a broken heart. If we need to crash then crash and burn we're not alone for he's there for us.

God is one of love, mercy and grace. No matter who we are or what we have done, he will always be there for us, through good and bad times. His love is a free gift, available to any and everyone who is willing to believe and accept. It does not necessarily mean that he will come in with a magic wand and make everything better likea fairy godmother or a genie, but He will give you strength and support through any storms.
