Something which i have been observing with interest would be the polls, especially the one on Yahoo, and I have reached a conclusion (that many others also reached) that only these following states are still in play, meaning they still have the possibility of swinging either way.
They are:
Florida (FL), Virginia (VA), Ohio (OH), North Carolina (NC), Nevada (NV), Missouri (MO) and Indiana (IN)
This leaves us with an interesting conclusion; If all these seven states end up favouring Obama, obviously he will win. However, if they all end up in Mc Cain's camp, Obama still will win. This can be seen from the following scenarios:
If Obama wins these sevens states
If Mc Cain wins the same seven states
How I ended up with these seven states is that they are the only ones who have not been consistantly mainly supporting one or the other. These seven states all initially favoured Mc Cain, and subsequently favoured Obama. All other Red states have been constantly Red, likewise for the blue.
In one of my earlier posts, I wondered why Palin was picked. A possible theory that emerged in an American article was that Mc Cain considered the strong possibility of losing this year, thus picked a candidate that can be blamed for his loss, leaving him in the clear for 2012. Which of course is a shaky arguement as HE is to be blamed for picking her in the first place. However, in the very very likely possibility that he loses, he can put much of the blame on her.
Lets wait and see if I'm right!
I just realized i've not blogged about Paris Hilton's "bid for presidency" even though these videos came out quite a while ago. I think it's really hilarious!!!!!

Actually, what i found funnier than these videos are the comments posted on both YouTube and Funny or Die. Many people commented on how Paris Hilton would not really be a bad president, as she could not possibly be worse than George Bush, or even the latest comment at the posting of this entry, saying "Maybe McCain could win had he picked Paris over Palin". I sort of share his (or her) statement, though it's quite evil, and most probably not true.
